Customer Situation:
Parents always look to keep their children safe, but now more than ever they are working to make sure their children don’t get sick. Especially to new parents, their life feels like a juggling act of things to worry about protecting their children from. Yet, they don’t know that the real danger they are bringing into the house is right under there kitchen sink: harsh , chemical cleaners.
DISNEY FAIRYTALE WEDDINGS

Millennials view weddings and honeymoons more than just a party; they view them an aesthetic extension of themselves.

Customer Situation:
Over the past several years, the wedding industry has seen significant changes. From COVID-19 to the legalization of gay marriage, weddings are popular more than ever before with people of all backgrounds and sexual orientations having the ceremony of their dreams. Disney Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons is lacking a connection with an LGBTQ+ customer base. While the percentage of U.S. adults who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or something other than heterosexual has increased to a new high of 7.1%, Disney has not been able to fully reach this community (Gallup).
TUSCANY

Low interest in International Travel post-COVID-19.

To increase interest in the Tuscany Region among Baby Boomer couples from 10% to 40% by the end of 2022

Campaign Mission:
The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively affected the global tourism industry, especially in Italy. This campaign was designed to reinvigorate travel to the Tuscany region amongst Baby Boomers with a passion for good food and wine.

Customer Situation:
The comic and superhero industry has seen more demand now than ever. A recent report states, that "sixty-eight percent of U.S. adults identified themselves as “casual” or “avid” fans of superheroes in general. Roughly the same share (67 percent) said they’re fans of movies and TV shows from the Marvel franchise in particular" (The Morning Consult). With this recent rise of superhero and comic popularity, Marvel Unlimited has a great opportunity to reach new customers and bring them exciting and engaging content.
